Arrival & Scheduling
Scheduled Arrival Windows
We offer two arrival windows: mornings between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM, or afternoons between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM. Our schedule may be influenced by factors such as unexpected cancellations, weather conditions, traffic, or changes in prior appointments.
Appointment Confirmations
Confirmations are always available via text message. Clients may also request reminder messages. Please indicate your communication preference when booking your service.
Client Availability
Clients are expected to be available during the scheduled arrival window, or to provide clear instructions for accessing the property if they will not be present.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
To avoid charges, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments canceled or postponed with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a Late Cancellation Fee of 50% of the total booking price.
Service Start Time
Our service time begins upon our arrival at the building's lobby, front desk, or the property's front door.
Notification of Delays
Should we encounter unexpected delays, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide an updated estimated arrival time.
Pre-Existing Damage & Liability
Scope of OCS Corp's Responsibility
Our services are limited exclusively to cleaning. OCS Corp is not responsible for repairing or rectifying any pre-existing damage to surfaces, appliances, fixtures, or any other part of your property.
Client Responsibility for Documentation
We encourage clients to document and report any known pre-existing damage before our service begins. This can be done through a walkthrough with our team or by sharing photographs of the property's existing condition.
Limitation on Damage Identification
Our cleaning professionals focus on delivering high-quality cleaning and may not identify all forms of pre-existing damage, particularly those that are not readily visible or require specialized knowledge to detect.
Acknowledgment of Pre-Existing Conditions
By using our services, clients acknowledge that OCS Corp shall not be held responsible for any pre-existing conditions or damage within the property that existed prior to our cleaning.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute regarding pre-existing damage or service quality, we are committed to resolving issues transparently and fairly. All disputes must be reported within 24 hours of service by texting us at (786) 767-9587.
Operational Notices
Window & Balcony Cleaning
OCS Corp provides cleaning services for interior windows and balconies that are safely accessible. We do not clean external windows that require specialized equipment, ladders, or that pose safety risks to our staff. Unfinished balcony floors are not mopped.
Access to Electricity & Air Conditioning
To perform our services safely and effectively, the property must have functioning electricity and air conditioning. Please ensure these are available before your scheduled appointment. If these conditions are not met, OCS Corp reserves the right to reschedule or decline service.
Concurrent Work
The presence of other contractors, workers, or significant activity on the property during our service may affect the time required and the quality of results. OCS Corp is not responsible for variations caused by such external factors.
Occupancy During Service
A high number of people present during cleaning may reduce the efficiency of our work and affect the accuracy of initial time estimates. We recommend minimizing occupancy during the service period whenever possible.
Furniture Movement
Our team is not permitted to move heavy furniture or appliances. This policy is in place to protect both our staff and your property. If cleaning is required beneath or around heavy items, please arrange for these to be moved before our team arrives.
Safety Compliance
For the safety of our team, no additional activities that present safety risks or significant distractions should be undertaken in the property while our cleaning services are in progress.
Testimonials & Client Content
OCS Corp is not responsible for the content of testimonials or other material submitted by clients. Testimonials do not necessarily reflect the views or endorsements of OCS Corp. We reserve the right to review, edit for clarity, or choose not to publish content that is inappropriate or in violation of our policies.
Testimonials may be used for marketing purposes. We typically use only first names or anonymize content to protect client privacy. No compensation is offered for testimonials — all are voluntary and based on personal experience.
Warranty & Service Disclaimer
Our cleaning services are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The effectiveness of our services may vary based on individual circumstances and property conditions.
