These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by Omioshe Cleaning Services Corp ("OCS Corp," "we," "our," or "us"). By scheduling or receiving our services, you ("Client") agree to the following terms in full.
Right of Refusal
OCS Corp retains the right to refuse service to any client, primarily for reasons including but not limited to:
- Inability to access the property at the scheduled time.
- Absence of essential utilities such as electricity or water.
- No functioning air conditioning or climate control during service.
- Frequent cancellations, repeated schedule changes, or improper booking practices.
- Requests outside the originally agreed scope of service.
- Rude, disrespectful, or abusive behavior toward our team members.
- Any attempt to privately hire or solicit OCS Corp team members outside of their employment.
- Incorrect or non-functional billing or contact information.
- Conditions that pose a health or safety risk to our staff.
- Requests that violate legal or regulatory standards.
All refusal decisions are made at OCS Corp's discretion, with fairness and compliance with applicable laws in mind.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
To cancel or reschedule your appointment without penalty, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
Appointments canceled or postponed with less than 48 hours' notice will be subject to a Late Cancellation Fee of 50% of the total booking price. This fee also applies if our team arrives and cannot access the property.
All cancellations and schedule changes must be communicated directly to OCS Corp via text at (786) 767-9587. We will confirm receipt of your request. The cancellation or change is only considered effective after OCS Corp confirms receipt.
Clients wishing to terminate a regularly scheduled service must submit their request in writing. The termination becomes effective only after OCS Corp acknowledges the request.
Payment Terms
Payment is accepted via Zelle or cash only. Payment is split as follows:
- 50% of the total is due upon our team's arrival at the property.
- The remaining 50% is due immediately after the cleaning service is completed.
Full payment is due on the day of service. OCS Corp does not retain any payment information on file. All payment arrangements are handled directly between the client and OCS Corp.
Property Damage & Accidents
OCS Corp prioritizes the care and safety of your property during all services. However, we are not liable for damages resulting from pre-existing conditions, general wear and tear, or actions of third parties. We recommend clients secure valuables, collectibles, antiques, and fragile items prior to our arrival.
OCS Corp is insured, providing protection in the event of significant accidental damage during a cleaning service.
- Clients must report any damage caused during service within 24 hours of service completion to be considered for review.
- OCS Corp's liability for any damage claim is limited to the lesser of the reasonable repair cost or a maximum of $500.
- We are not responsible for damage to faulty installations, improperly secured fixtures, ceiling fans, or items not reported as fragile prior to service.
- Pre-existing damage is excluded from all liability.
Refunds & Satisfaction Guarantee
Due to the personalized nature of cleaning services, refunds are not offered. However, your satisfaction is our priority.
If you are not fully satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will promptly address your concern and re-clean the identified area at no additional charge. For faster resolution, we encourage you to include photos or videos of the specific area when reaching out.
This guarantee applies only to areas included in the originally agreed-upon cleaning plan and does not cover issues outside our control.
Scheduling & Arrival
OCS Corp offers flexible scheduling including one-time and recurring services. We offer the following arrival windows:
- Mornings: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM
- Afternoons: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Our schedule may be affected by factors such as traffic, weather, or changes in prior appointments. We will notify you of any significant delays as soon as possible.
Service time begins upon arrival at the building's lobby, front desk, or the property's front door. If no access is provided within 15 minutes of our team's arrival, the appointment will be considered a missed appointment and a cancellation fee will apply.
If additional time is required to complete the job, the Client will be informed at least one hour in advance of any additional time or cost.
OCS Corp is closed on the following holidays: Independence Day, Labor Day, Christmas, and New Year's Day. We will contact you in advance to reschedule if your appointment falls on one of these dates.
Laundry Service
Laundry services are available as an add-on. The following terms apply:
- OCS Corp does not assume liability for garment damage including color bleeding, shrinkage, tears, or other damage during the laundry process.
- Clients must provide clear laundry care instructions. We will follow these as closely as possible but are not liable for outcomes resulting from incomplete instructions.
- Clients are responsible for providing all laundry supplies including detergent and fabric softener.
- Our service is limited to washing and folding. We do not offer dry cleaning, stain removal treatment, ironing, or repairs.
- Please remove any items from pockets and check garments for fragile components before service.
- OCS Corp reserves the right to decline laundry service for garments deemed unsuitable for standard washing.
Supplies & Equipment
OCS Corp brings its own cleaning supplies and equipment to every appointment. All products used are non-toxic and environmentally responsible. If you prefer specific products for certain surfaces, please leave them out and let us know — we are happy to accommodate.
Our team brings towels, gloves, sponges, and brushes that are properly cleaned and prepared for each visit.
Non-Solicitation
The Client agrees not to directly or indirectly hire, retain, or encourage any OCS Corp team member to perform services outside of their employment with OCS Corp, during the service period or for 12 months following the termination of services.
Any violation of this agreement will result in a referral fee of $5,000 per occurrence, payable to OCS Corp. In the event of a dispute, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney's fees. Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

While not required, gratuity for our team members is always deeply appreciated. Tips go directly to the service provider. You may add a tip when booking or by contacting us directly.
Legal & Liability
OCS Corp's cleaning services are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee specific cleaning outcomes and are not liable for issues arising from pre-existing conditions, inaccurate information provided by the client, or factors outside our control.
In the event of any disputes, both parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve issues through direct communication. If a resolution cannot be reached, mediation or arbitration may be pursued under the laws of the State of Florida. All disputes must be reported within 24 hours of service via text at (786) 767-9587.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to the Client before their next scheduled service.
